In my current role as Customer Support Specialist (remote), I handle enquiries via email, phone, and live chat, manage end-to-end enrolment processes, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with tutors and coordinators to ensure smooth delivery and strong student engagement.

Previously, as a Relationship Manager in financial services, I performed financial statement analysis, credit and risk assessment, identified bankable projects for financing, and presented recommendations to management to protect and grow portfolio value.
