What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead AI product development and automation projects, drive technical delivery, mentor teams, and build scalable conversational and workflow solutions in growth-oriented organizations.

I am an AI and automation specialist and software developer who builds conversational agents, RAG knowledge systems, and scalable digital tools for SMEs and enterprises. I founded Dana Hartford AI under Hartford Tech to deliver custom AI solutions and automation workflows.

As AI Solutions Lead and independent consultant, I led product development, client consulting, and technical delivery for automation, voice AI, and integration projects across social platforms and messaging channels. I replaced no-code stacks with Node.js backends to improve scalability and reliability.

My projects include a multi-platform AI-powered customer support agent for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp with NLP, real-time analytics, and voice AI integration; a GEN AI impact story generator for NGO reporting; and many custom automation workflows using Twilio, Slack, and webhook-driven systems. I also design dashboards, authentication, and internal tools for SMEs.

I combine a technical stack—React, Node.js, SQL, OpenAI, LangChain, Eleven Labs—and cloud deployment experience with a product-minded approach to help organizations adopt AI effectively, optimize workflows, and measure impact.
