What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a long-term role where I can apply my tax preparation and technical support skills to deliver unmatched client support, improve retention, and drive revenue. I value professional development, a clear career path, and opportunities to grow into a valued leader.

At Intuit, I prepare and file end-to-end federal and state returns for individual and small-business clients, including rental, investment, foreign, partnership, military, and clergy income. I also review DIY returns, recommend corrections, and support clients through SaaS tools by phone, chat, email, and video.

Previously, I supported TurboTax customers with tax research and online and desktop software issues, from installations and account logins to document imports, form errors, and transmission problems. At H&R Block, I prepared more than 200 returns in my first season and more than 300 in my second while providing tax planning, notice services, client retention support, and process improvements.

I'm continuing to build my tax credentials through the Enrolled Agent certification path, alongside QuickBooks Online Advisor and Business Tax certifications. I bring a client-focused approach to tax preparation, technical support, and clear communication.
