What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a support-focused IT role where I can own end-user issues, improve reliability, and expand my Microsoft 365/Azure skills. I want a collaborative environment that values documentation, process improvement, and continuous learning.

I’m an IT Support Engineer and computer lab supervisor with over five years of experience delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in a fast-paced higher education environment. I’m known for pairing strong troubleshooting with exceptional customer service to keep technology dependable for end users.

I lead daily operations of academic computer laboratories, ensuring maximum equipment availability and reliable classroom technology. I supervise, mentor, and train six computer lab assistants while maintaining technology inventory, asset documentation, and equipment lifecycle records.

On the technical side, I configure, image, deploy, and maintain Windows desktops and laptops, while supporting Microsoft 365 accounts, VPN connectivity, Remote Desktop, networking, printers, software installations, and hardware failures. I also manage the Student Loaner Program—imaging, configuring, deploying, tracking, and supporting laptops and hotspots used throughout the academic year.
