I’m fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and I’m seeking a remote Customer Support role to deliver high-quality service and improve customer satisfaction.

At Mannermode, I responded to customer inquiries, resolved complaints professionally, and managed customer accounts to maintain long-term relationships. I analysed customer feedback and sales data to improve service quality, while also supervising and supporting team members to meet customer service standards.

Earlier, at Constantial Hotels and Suites, I served as a first point of contact for customers through phone and in-person inquiries. I handled emails, documentation, and customer requests efficiently, coordinated schedules for smooth daily operations, and reinforced my approach with a Project Management certification from ALT School Africa (2024).
