Faith Burns
@faithburns
Executive strategy leader scaling specialty cancer and infusion products for employers and health plans.
What I'm looking for
I lead strategy and emerging-product growth at Lantern, responsible for developing and scaling cancer and infusion offerings that expand specialty care solutions for employers and health plans. I oversee product strategy and execution across cancer care (1.5M members) and infusion therapy (1.3M members), building the operating model and scaling the care team by 5x.
My focus is turning strategy into measurable care impact. I built provider network capabilities for infusion therapy scaling to 500+ AICs with 100% 50-state home coverage, supporting end-to-end claim processing and savings measurement while enabling the product to reach ~25% of eligible members across 35+ clients.
Previously, I was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising clients across public and private sectors on strategy, organizational design, and operations. I led ~2–3 teams of ~3–5 consultants and delivered major initiatives, including workforce development strategy for a $50B+ health system, CFO transformation at a $3B health information technology provider, and analytics-driven savings efforts (e.g., ~$20M and ~$10M), including real-time operational insights built with Tableau.
I bring a consistent operating ethos: define the business case, build the systems and teams, and align stakeholders around outcomes. From serving as an SME for commercial GTM & enablement to leading cross-functional partnership teams, I’m at my best when strategy, operations, and market execution move together.
