I build profitable, long-term customer relationships by combining customer success, technical service, and sales execution. I coordinate with maintenance teams, manage spare parts requirements, and keep service performance aligned with customer expectations.
In regional and operations roles, I lead pre-sale visits, feasibility/offers, budgeting, and deal closure through strong negotiation and structured order handling. I also own logistics coordination, including shipment schedules and L/C amendments, while ensuring timely execution for customers.
I have deep experience installing and training CAD/CAM and industrial equipment, including Lectra Cutter and Spreader machines and Gerber CAD systems. I support customers through technical troubleshooting and training sessions (including webex), and I submit Weekly Customer Care Reports (WCCR) to maintain service quality and transparency.
Earlier, I delivered service and solution support for industrial customers and managed day-to-day technical reliability, including electronic data processing responsibilities.
