I'm a backend-focused full stack developer in Dhaka (UTC+6), working remotely with teams in the US, Norway, and North America. I came to software from pharmacy — I taught myself to code during COVID and have spent three years shipping production systems since. At Sparktech Agency I'm on the backend team, building client platforms from concept to deployment. I shipped the MVP for SnowOps (snowopsapp.com), a North American winter-operations SaaS, in two weeks — crew dispatch and routing, mobile clock-in, salt inventory, and a subcontractor portal — now in open beta. I built the backend and deployment for Mobilklar (mobilklar.no), a Norwegian EdTech platform for children aged 8–13, with configuration-driven games and Stripe/Vipps payments, and the backend for Drop N Fresh, a laundry-service SaaS. Earlier, at Jatri Services (Forbes Asia 100 to Watch 2026), I worked on the payment system for e-ticketing. My main client work is NaturoBD (naturobd.com), a live e-commerce and operations platform that processed 460K orders and BDT 590M (≈US$4.8M) during my tenure, around 3,500 orders a day. I built its operations back office — order lifecycle, courier and COD reconciliation, telesales, analytics — rebuilt the admin UI, and scaled the backend for the growth. Most recently I shipped Solvoniq, an omnichannel support platform now in daily use by NaturoBD's support team: one shared inbox across Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp with order lookup in the conversation, plus an order-aware AI assistant for Bengali, Banglish, and English using RAG over pgvector and tool calls where application code — never the model — computes prices, stock, and eligibility. I wrote the engineering and AI handbooks now guiding a four-developer team productizing it as multi-tenant SaaS.
