At MAMEDICA, I grew the patient onboarding team from 3 to 12 and manage a 22,751-patient pipeline against monthly onboarding targets of up to 900. I redesigned portal status logic and patient messaging with the Medical Director, pharmacists and technology team to address hand-off failures.
At Cleveland Clinic London, I was the sole recruiter for consultants, surgeons and clinical fellows across 3 sites. I cut recruitment turnaround by 30% and secured 3 orthopaedic surgeons projected at about £3m in annual revenue, while maintaining clinical compliance. I’m bilingual in English and Arabic.
