At Palestine Monetary Authority, I assess cybersecurity controls and technology risks across applications, databases, networks, infrastructure, and critical banking systems. I evaluate monitoring and incident-response controls, review vulnerability assessments, and assess security against ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
I use Python, SQL, Oracle, and data analytics for automated security testing, anomaly detection, and risk analysis. I also develop analytical dashboards for security monitoring, risk indicators, and management reporting.
At State Audit & Administrative Control Bureau, I led software engineering, database, and technology initiatives, including development of an IT audit system that reduced audit preparation effort and improved reporting and workflow efficiency. I currently teach TypeScript, JavaScript, Computer Architecture, React, and Data Structures part-time at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie.
