At Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA), I continue developing an AI-powered chatbot, refining prompts and integrating file storage so it can reference internal documents.
I designed and built an internal content platform where teams create social media posts, design layouts, and produce interactive posts and campaigns. Iām also developing a public-facing platform for loan services and consultations.
As a trainee at PMA, I designed and developed a chatbot that routes consumer complaints, requests, and questions to the relevant parties. I also conducted QA procedures, prepared test reports, and created manual and automated tests using Playwright.
