I am a dynamic and results-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in natural resource management and biodiversity conservation. My expertise lies in project planning, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and research, with a strong focus on data analysis and strategic planning. I have successfully driven policy initiatives and fostered collaboration among stakeholders to implement sustainable conservation strategies across East Africa.

Throughout my career, I have held various leadership roles, including Chief Operations Officer and Branch Manager, where I have enhanced operational efficiency and productivity. I have trained over 3,000 rural dairy farmers, established financial literacy programs, and achieved significant improvements in project impact assessment. My educational background includes a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from Copenhagen University, which complements my practical experience in the field.
