I’m a dynamic and result-oriented development practitioner with over five years’ experience managing and implementing agricultural and nutrition-sensitive projects across Tanzania. I bring strength in project planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and community mobilization to deliver measurable impact.

In my current role as NOURISH project Manager (Central North) – Manyara, Dodoma and Singida, I lead project planning, execution, and coordination of activities. I monitor implementation, budgets, and resource utilization, prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports, and represent the project in platforms/meetings to foster partnerships.

Across my roles at SNV–RECODA and FAO–RECODA, I’ve built practical, farmer-centered capacity through training on GAPs and CSA practices, group strengthening, and promoting sustainable farming practices. I also coordinated installation of simple drip irrigation systems in five schools under the Smart School Manager Integration Model for Nutrition-Sensitive Agriculture—supporting site selection, land preparation, irrigation layout design, and hands-on training for students, teachers, and parents.

My approach is collaborative and evidence-led: I use project planning and analysis tools such as Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and SWOT analysis, collect and analyze data on project outcomes and impact, and ensure delivery of community development priorities (including gender and cross-cutting issues). I’m also comfortable using tools like SPSS and Microsoft Office, and I continue to strengthen my practice through targeted trainings (e.g., SBCC, climate change adaptation/mitigation, seed quality, and fraud and corruption awareness).
