What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI-enabled operations and transformation programmes where I can turn executive strategy into practical delivery, align complex stakeholders, build scalable operating models, and develop high-performing teams.

At Tata Consultancy Services, I own a 16-month AI warranty transformation for the global automotive practice, taking it from process-intelligence PoC through platform build, CRM and SAP S4 integration, and live pilot. I serve as the client CEO's functional advisor, and the work was recognized by the CEO and CFO as a game changer while becoming standard-practice IP behind a $5M+ annual pipeline.

I've built delivery capability from zero as a founding member of Deloitte India's Automotive practice, leading 30 people across five concurrent engagements and creating frameworks adopted as SOPs by Nissan and Mercedes-Benz. Across Skoda Auto Volkswagen India, Mercedes-Benz India, Hyundai Motor India, and Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, I've used data, governance, coaching, and hands-on change management to improve aftersales performance; I also mentor senior professionals at XLRI Jamshedpur.
