I've led fibre optic network design, construction, operations and restoration for Andean Telecom Partners, Grupo GTD and Gtd Manquehue across Chile, Peru and Colombia. My work spans FTTH/FTTx, GPON, long-haul and core networks, shared passive infrastructure, and outside plant delivery.
At Andean Telecom Partners, I directed fibre network construction in Chile, managed GIS Smallworld asset records, coordinated contractors and municipalities, and controlled budgets, schedules, HSEQ inputs and CAPEX/OPEX reporting. I also supported technical due diligence for M&A processes and maintained passive co-located network availability through maintenance and service restoration coordination.
As an independent consultant, I'm defining neutral-host DAS and shared-infrastructure models for multi-operator indoor coverage and 5G/FTTx expansion. I bring practical experience leading multidisciplinary teams, evaluating technical-commercial feasibility, and turning complex network delivery requirements into structured, investment-ready plans.
