I'm looking for a service, audit, or process-improvement role where I can strengthen procedures, reduce operational issues, support teams, and improve customer satisfaction.

I've supported SWBC insurance tracking operations through document verification, auto and mortgage insurance processing, mortgage escrow disbursements, and training new agents. I became a subject matter expert, helping agents handle calls and procedures during training and on the floor.
