I’m looking for a role where I can use data analysis and HR compliance expertise to keep labor and employee records accurate, automate reporting, and improve processes through clear documentation and training. I want a team that values precision and continuous improvement.

I am currently working as an HR Data analyst. I perform table maintenance, implementation of data, Minimum wage increases, bonus calculations, Sunday and Holiday pay on both Union and non-union contracts, for a Fortune 500 company.

I have been working in Administration/HR/Payroll/MGMT for the last two decades. I have a degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology.
