I've built brands, businesses, and teams across advertising, digital, content, marketing, and entrepreneurship for more than 14 years. I work with founders on brand strategy, digital growth, operations, and team building as an independent consultant.

At Monk Media Network, I owned a ₹12 crore business with full P&L, client, and team responsibility, working with brands including Lever Ayush and Indulekha. I was promoted to AVP at 28 and became Head of Business at 30.

At Asymmetrique, I held a full general management mandate across business performance, people, and operations for multiple client businesses, including Evolve with Neeraja Mehta and The Human Protocol. Earlier at Havas Worldwide, I grew from Trainee to Account Director, led digital work for NBA India, Cleanipedia, Reliance Digital, PVR Cinemas, Pfizer India, and Cipla, and independently owned Sony LIV within 1.5 years.

I also founded Batti & Co., a consumer brand in bath, body, and home fragrance, owning everything from proposition and product development to sourcing, production, marketing, sales, and customer experience.
