My name is Tomohiro Nakayama, and I am an experienced community moderator currently working with Netease Games. Since April 2022, I have been responsible for moderating and organizing events for a Discord server that boasts over 100,000 users. My role has expanded to include managing English-speaking servers, where I ensure a positive and engaging environment for all participants.

Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience as a salesperson at Keio Department Store in Tokyo. This role honed my customer service skills and provided me with a solid foundation in sales and accounting.
