I’m an organized, adaptable professional experienced in customer service, government administration, logistics, and education. I work comfortably across cultures and can manage workflows independently across multiple locations.

In my current role as an Assistant Language Teacher, I plan and deliver structured lessons across three separate schools, coordinating with Japanese teachers to align curriculum goals and adapt materials to diverse learning levels. I track student progress and handle reporting, attendance, and administrative documentation while meeting deadlines through autonomous planning within structured systems.

Previously, I supported customers with government services at Services Australia by handling inbound and outbound calls and processing applications with compliance and privacy standards. Earlier experience with the Australian Taxation Office involved keying, imaging, and processing income tax amendments, plus managing activity statement exceptions and call-centre customer service support.

I’ve also built hands-on customer-facing and operational experience through fast-paced warehouse work and high-volume restaurant service, strengthening my ability to stay accurate, calm, and responsive. I hold a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Japanese and sub-major in English.
