I'm seeking a full-time remote healthcare support role where I can coordinate appointments, communicate with patients, maintain accurate records, and help care teams deliver an excellent patient experience across flexible US or Canadian time zones.

I've supported patient flow, appointment coordination, and medical documentation at Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital and St. Paul's Hospital Millennium Medical College in Addis Ababa.
