I also bring a practical, service-and-operations mindset from sales and coordination work at MMCY Tech, with experience supporting client relationships and schedules. I’m skilled in appointment scheduling, CRM & patient management systems, medical terminology, data entry & record keeping, and tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
