What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support healthcare teams through accurate medical documentation, patient coordination, coding and billing, and virtual administrative work while mastering U.S. EHR, billing, and telehealth systems.

I've coordinated patient care across Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, and Obstetrics & Gynecology at Hawassa University.

I prepare detailed patient notes, admission records, discharge summaries, referral letters, and clinical reports while protecting confidential patient information. I also support physicians during evaluations, follow-up care, and multidisciplinary ward rounds, communicating clearly with patients and healthcare professionals.

As an Internship Group Representative, I coordinated schedules, communication, and workflow for 10 medical interns. I'm building on my training in medical coding, billing, medical office administration, and digital documentation to provide reliable virtual healthcare support.
