What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Patient Services / Customer Support role where my calm, detail-driven communication helps patients and practices, supported by structured training and performance standards (SLAs/KPIs)—especially in a remote, long-term setup.

I’m a bilingual support-focused professional (Arabic/French, with C1 English) who thrives in structured, detail-driven environments. In a technical internship, I supported day-to-day operations by keeping records accurate, readable, and ready for real users.

During my internship at a national enterprise (ETAP), I directly supported 15+ staff—including directors and operations/maintenance teams—by helping them track and manage records through a new internal system. I replaced a paper-based process with a streamlined digital workflow, cutting processing time from 1–7 days down to a few hours. I also built careful validation checks on official documents (licenses, certificates), reducing input errors by ~40% and improving overall record reliability.

I’m comfortable handling sensitive/confidential records responsibly, using secure authentication concepts and implementing role-based, access-controlled processes. This experience reinforced my confidentiality-by-design mindset and my ability to stay organized and calm under deadlines in fast-paced, detail-heavy work.

I also bring people-facing leadership from volunteering and student involvement, including leading a musical club team end-to-end and supporting individuals through the Tunisian Red Cross. I’m currently pursuing a B.Eng. in Computer Systems Engineering (Embedded Systems & IoT) and working toward CompTIA Security+—and I’m looking for a Patient Services / Customer Support role where strong communication and attention to detail directly improves the daily experience for patients and practices.
