I'm currently supporting customers at Apollo Agriculture, where I maintain product knowledge, respond to questions, document customer information, collect feedback, and build relationships that improve retention.

Before Apollo Agriculture, I delivered guest relations and reservations support at Ocean Beach Resort & Spa, handling inquiries, reservations, complaints, billing controls, upselling, and front-desk operations. I also trained and coached front-desk team members while coordinating closely with housekeeping and food and beverage teams.

At Gem Suites Serviced Apartments and Hotel, I managed reservations, cancellations, guest check-ins and check-outs, enquiries, reports, and QuickBooks billing. My hospitality background also includes leading dining service at Oro Restaurant and supporting event setup and guest requests at Sarova Stanley.
