I am a self-driven, proactive and dependable customer service professional with over five years' experience across hospitality, customer support, and administrative roles. I build strong customer relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and proactively improve service processes.

My background includes front-desk guest service at international hotels and customer support for a U.S.-based company, where I managed bookings, payments, refunds, and multi-channel client communications. I have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Stripe, Okta, Google Sheets, and both inbound and outbound call handling.

In administrative and coordinator roles I managed high-value orders, organized logistics and freight, tracked large inventories, and followed up on invoicing and payments.
