What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run full-cycle IT hiring, partner closely with Hiring Managers, improve recruitment strategy and candidate experience, and use metrics and ATS tools to consistently deliver strong talent.

I manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions and internal roles, partnering with Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies. I source candidates using LinkedIn direct search and other recruitment channels, then screen applications, conduct HR interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit. I also coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates and stakeholders, and prepare and present employment offers while negotiating terms and conditions.

I maintain candidate records and update ATS systems, including Tellent Recruitee, and track recruitment metrics to prepare hiring activity reports. I collaborate daily with Technical Recruiters, prepare recruitment documentation (including NDAs and offer-related documents), and work with HR and Delivery teams to support smooth hiring and onboarding. I also helped implement Google Cloud Platform (GCP) training programs within the organization.
