What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and business hiring, while contributing to onboarding, mentoring, recruitment operations, and knowledge-sharing within an international team.

I run end-to-end recruitment for international outstaffing clients at HireSix, hiring Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Computer Vision, sales, affiliate, media buying, and creative talent. I manage outreach, screening, interviews, offers, contracts, pipelines, and client communication.

I built HireSix’s initial Google Sheets candidate-tracking system and internal recruitment knowledge base before ATS implementation. I also onboard and mentor recruiters and sourcers, create training materials, and support hiring reporting and team coordination.
