I've spent 12 years at Yandex building monetization, AdTech, analytics, and engagement products across Edadeal, the Yandex Advertising Network, and Adfox.

At Edadeal, I grew total ad revenue 12x and ARPU 4x by introducing auction-based competition between direct sales and programmatic demand, while programmatic revenue grew 20x. I also led a Match-3 game launch that increased game-stream revenue by 40% and game-vertical audience by 10%.

Previously, I helped scale Dynamic Monetization for more than 100 Tier-1 publishers, unifying direct sales, Yandex Advertising Network, OpenRTB, and Header Bidding demand. I migrated analytics from MapReduce to ClickHouse, reducing reporting latency from hours or days to real time across tens of billions of daily ad-serving events.

I'm also building independent products through Knoblabs, taking ideas from hypothesis and prototype to launch, feedback, and iteration with AI-assisted workflows.
