At Ozon, I led the Ozon fresh customer experience across the homepage, AI-powered search, recommendations, catalog, product page, and marketing tools. My team of five product managers delivered RUB 8.2B in annual GMV through A/B-tested product improvements.

I previously owned Avito Pro and advertising-agency dashboards, growing professional-seller tool adoption by 37% for 2.5M users and reducing agency-side fraud from 40% to 0%. I also defended and launched Avito Business 360, a business-management platform for entrepreneurs, and launched a Business Procurement Service with multi-billion-ruble potential.

At Yandex Market, I tripled Kids' Goods GMV year over year and increased order conversion by 47% for a user segment through the Product Picker. Earlier, as CEO and founder of MAD, I built a proprietary DSP and an ad network of 60+ Runet sites.

I build product strategy, translate it into metric-driven OKRs, and help teams move faster through strong discovery, delivery, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment. I enjoy growing B2C and B2B e-commerce products, including AI and ML-enabled customer experiences.
