I improved employee engagement through innovative HR programs, reduced employee attrition from 27% to 6%, launched an internship program that delivered a 5% increase in student interns, and reduced unethical behavior from 5% to 0%.

As an SME handling fraud-related issues, I worked to prevent invalid concessions and abuse patterns, and as a customer service representative I consistently met metrics for CPH, EPH, and Quality Audits.
