I am a highly motivated professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for taking on new challenges. My experience as a Shift Lead at Miniso has honed my leadership skills, where I successfully managed store operations, enforced policies, and provided exceptional customer service. I take pride in my ability to analyze customer buying patterns, which has helped the store identify trends and improve sales strategies.

In addition to my role at Miniso, I have gained valuable experience as a Sales Advisor at Best Buy and as a Bookstore Clerk at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
