What I'm looking for

I seek a role that leverages UX research and CRO to drive product growth, collaborative cross-functional teams, and measurable business impact.

I am a multidisciplinary UX researcher, product and service designer, and CRO strategist with a strong record of turning user insight into measurable business impact. I lead qualitative and quantitative research, design service experiences, and create experimentation strategies that improve conversion and engagement.

I have delivered end-to-end UX and redesign projects for clients including Samsung, SKY+, Volvo SDLG, Kenvue, Arezzo & Co, and Certisign, applying usability testing, heatmaps, A/B testing, information architecture, and UX scorecards to boost performance and revenue.
