What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can apply my Python/JavaScript skills, support users through technical troubleshooting, and grow my communication and problem-solving with a team that values learning.

I’m a Bachelor of Science student in Computer Science and Business at Lehigh University, focused on turning fundamentals in systems software, algorithms, economics, and business communications into practical outcomes. I’m especially motivated by work that blends technical problem-solving with clear communication.

Through multiple job shadow experiences, I’ve learned how to support real users and resolve computer issues. In the Technical Support Office at PA Distance Learning Charter School, I collaborated with other students to help fix technical problems and watched firsthand how support teams approach different challenges.

I also explored teaching and operations by shadowing a Computer Science Teacher and a manager at Sanna Technologies. That experience helped me understand curriculum planning, classroom support, and the day-to-day responsibilities of leadership and coordination.

Outside the classroom, I served as President of an Esports Club, leading teams to compete and communicating with coaches and other schools. I continue building community through Women in Business and Women in Computer Science, and I bring highly proficient Russian skills to the way I collaborate.
