I’m an Accounts Support Officer with a strong track record in banking, combining customer-focused support with technical accuracy. I handle account inquiries, billing and payments, and secure transactions while keeping documentation detailed and audit-ready.

At Stanbic Bank in Nairobi, I manage arrears and dormancy, support account funding and cash management, and resolve a wide range of customer questions. As a Customer Service Consultant, I processed customer instructions, handled billing and payments, and escalated unresolved grievances to the right departments for further investigation.
