What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to lead Texas K-12 professional learning and district implementation, build strong district partnerships, support edtech adoption, and translate educator feedback into measurable student growth.

At Spring ISD’s Roberson Middle School, I lead an eight-member Performing and Visual Arts team, coach educators weekly, and deliver professional learning for audiences of 8–100+ staff members. I designed onboarding, facilitation guides, job aids, and coaching pathways that brought four new teachers to full performance within their first year.

I partner with campus and district leaders to align curriculum, instructional platforms, assessment strategy, and professional development with Texas Education Agency accountability goals. My work contributed to Roberson earning an A rating for five consecutive years and its 2020 National Blue Ribbon School designation.

Across Spring ISD, Klein ISD, and Austin ISD, I’ve designed standards-aligned curriculum, blended learning experiences, individualized learning plans, and data-informed instructional supports. I’m ready to bring frontline Texas K-12 experience to district partnerships, edtech adoption, and measurable student growth.
