What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can support LAN/WAN and users end-to-end—managing access, email support, and network viability—while continuing to learn, work with a team, and deliver reliable results under pressure.

I’m a competent, team-spirited IT professional committed to delivering reliable support in high-stress environments. In my ICT Intern role at the Ministry of Education, I managed and ensured the operating viability of LAN and WAN (wired and wireless), handled all hours of operation, and supported Windows email through the Office 365 platform.

I also strengthen infrastructure and governance by managing Active Directory privileges and enforcing access using Group Policy. Beyond IT, I’ve supported farmers mapping, profiling and registration using Digital Data Collection Methods, and I’ve served in election operations as a Presiding Officer and Voter Registration Clerk—bringing careful organization, accuracy, and calm leadership to every task.
