Evan Scott

Customer-focused healthcare and operations professional pursuing an internship or entry-level role to grow and deliver impact.
What I'm looking for
I’m a customer-service and operations professional building my career across healthcare, banking, and logistics while working toward advanced public administration and health science management education. I’m motivated by roles where I can apply my work ethic and academic training to improve outcomes for people and organizations.
In banking at JPMorgan Chase, I handled high-volume teller work with “extreme detail,” processing “15+ transactions per hour.” As a Lead Teller Operational Specialist, I managed teller scheduling, monitored operational security policies and procedures, trained tellers, and helped support performance through teller scorecards and leadership meetings.
In healthcare at OhioHealth, I served as an “Ambassador,” providing exceptional service to patients, families, visitors, and physicians while “maintaining confidentiality.” I acted as a patient advocate by investigating concerns, expediting admission and delays, resolving complaints, and overseeing information desks and lobbies.
Most recently, I’m focused on logistics support as an EASE Logistic CS Support Coordinator for 3rd shift operations in a 3PL environment, where I track shipments and manage carrier relations to keep “24/7 service” running smoothly. Through my University of Toledo Medical Center internship, I also supported PFCC Coordinator assistant duties—streamlining appointment scheduling to reduce patient wait times by 10%—and I bring that improvement mindset into every team.
