I’m looking for a remote role, or hybrid in the Seattle area, as a senior or lead UX designer. I’m open to product, web and design systems work, and do my best on teams where design and engineering partner closely. I use Claude Code, and Figma daily and want to help teams build AI workflows. I'm at my best turning complex problems into clear, buildable structure.

Evan LaJambe
@evanlajambe
Senior UX Designer, x-Microsoft. Driving clarity at scale: IA, navigation and design systems.
What I'm looking for
At Microsoft, I set UX strategy across four major site portfolios: AI, Industry, Frontier Transformation, and Digital Sovereignty. I translated evolving information architecture and navigation strategy into engineering specifications, unblocking a cross-team initiative that had stalled for two years.
I led UX for a US government site migration under strict compliance requirements; after launch, total visits increased 54% and organic traffic grew 11%. I also directed the information architecture, navigation, and content structure for the Nuance to Microsoft.com transition, including the Health Solutions and Dragon Copilot launch.
At Nuance Communications, I led conversion-page and purchase-widget optimization, with a pricing redesign that increased contact-us submissions by 23%. Earlier, at SAP Concur, I helped build and scale design systems and developed HTML, CSS, and JavaScript prototypes; in my freelance work at LaJambe Designs, I designed and developed responsive websites for clients.
