At Tractive, I own product analytics and subscription reporting across 1.9M MAU in 175+ countries, partnering with Product Managers across Safety & Tracking, Health, and Core.

I built the mobile A/B testing programme end-to-end, from hypothesis and sample-size planning through Firebase deployment, BigQuery analysis, and rollout. I also replaced a fragmented 500+ event tracking system with a scalable Avo taxonomy and built a Slack app that catches event-volume anomalies before they reach stakeholders.

At Bikemap, I introduced its first A/B testing culture, including an onboarding personalisation test that increased trial conversion by 16%, and led a two-person data team as Interim Head of Data & Growth. I owned Board reporting for MRR, ARR, churn, and LTV while supporting Product and the CPO across 80+ countries.

Earlier, I built GA4/Firebase implementation and experimentation foundations for Basic-Fit's greenfield app, delivered cross-domain BI and churn-prediction work, and supported analytics clients at CGI. I use SQL, Python, BI tools, Avo, and AI-native workflows to turn product and customer behaviour into decisions teams can act on.
