I am a results-driven operations and commercial leader with 8+ years of progressive experience at Worldlink Communication Ltd, Nepal’s largest ISP. I specialize in turning data into action—building plans, managing performance, and delivering measurable growth across urban and rural regions.

As a Branch Manager, I spearhead strategic sales planning and execution, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets through data-driven pipeline management. I own full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, and I lead cross-functional teams of 20+ with clear KPIs and a high-performance culture.

I also focus on customer outcomes, implementing retention strategies that improved satisfaction scores and reduced churn by streamlining complaint resolution processes.
