I'm managing OTA marketing and global partner relationships at COSMOJIN, supporting inbound travel clients from inquiry and quotation through booking and post-service care.

I monitor Viator, GetYourGuide, and Klook performance, use pricing and competitor analysis to improve positioning, and develop overseas travel agencies, advisors, and MICE prospects. I also coordinate guides and vehicles, resolve issues in real time, and work with developers on ERP automation and AI opportunities.

Previously at MECATION, I launched a wellness travel business vertical from market research and supplier acquisition through product design, pricing, workflows, and OTA distribution.

My eight years at Agoda combined multilingual customer support with fraud prevention, using SQL-based queries and case-management systems to investigate risk, improve detection rules, and protect customers. Across travel, hospitality, fashion, and international business, I've built trust with clients and partners in Korean and English.
