I'm looking to lead Korea market entry, ecosystem growth, strategic partnerships, and GTM for digital asset or Web3 organizations, translating local market, user, partner, and regulatory insight into cross-functional execution.

I led HashKey Global's 0→1 Korea launch, shaping market strategy, partner acquisition, and go-to-market execution for a new global exchange.

I've built relationships with 300+ institutions, market makers, projects, KOLs, HNWIs, and VIP traders, using market, user, KPI, and ROI signals to grow acquisition and trading activity. At Bitget, I supported approximately USD 30M–50M in monthly trading volume and earned three monthly BD performance awards.

Across BNB Chain, Pionex, policy advisory, and market intelligence work, I turn Korean market and regulatory insights into coordinated action across product, marketing, legal, compliance, and ecosystem partners.
