What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-facing or administrative role in healthcare or property services where I can manage front-desk operations, claims/billing, and improve client experience while growing professionally.

I am a customer service and front-office professional with hands-on experience in clinical reception, insurance claims processing, and patient coordination. I bring calm, clear communication and adaptability to fast-paced healthcare and property environments.

At Equity Afia I manage patient reception, confirm payment modes and scheme benefits, run cards and deduct entitlements in Smart/Slade/LCT, and load and submit e-claims through insurer portals. I also dispatch claims and respond to reconciliation and billing queries from head office.

Previously I supported property management and tenant relations, maintaining calendars, handling banking for tenant cheques, and keeping occurrence logs. I have broadcast experience from a media attachment where I managed calls, social media, news editing and voice-over work.

I hold a Diploma in Mass Communication and certificates in TV & Film Production and computer packages. I seek roles where I can apply my customer-facing skills, claims/billing knowledge, and administrative strengths to improve operations and client satisfaction.
