What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to build on my experience in customer operations, entrepreneurship, accounting, and community leadership through further study and leadership development.

I founded and independently run Esty Procurement Hub, sourcing goods from China and Nigeria and managing every stage from client acquisition and supplier coordination to pricing, logistics, and doorstep delivery.

At Supply Master, I manage customer communication, order processing, revenue reporting, invoices, inventory, and Shopify listings. I use Excel, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Claude to keep operations accurate, responsive, and efficient.

My experience also includes sales at Impart Life Assurance, records work with the Ghana Armed Forces, and customer service and Excel tracking at Ghana Water Company. Alongside my accounting degree, I bring community leadership through youth outreach, girls’ mentorship, and volunteer coordination.
