In my current role as Product Operations Coordinator for a Confidential B2B SaaS Capstone, I coordinate product development activities across product, design, engineering, AI/data, and commercial workstreams. I maintain shared project information, deliverable tracking, meeting records, and action items to support visibility across the team.
I also support sprint coordination, requirements clarification, and risk and issue escalation. I contribute to product-design work through wireframes, interface documentation, and design handoff.
On the Prime Counsel project, I designed and built a Notion workspace for content management, webinar planning, mentorship tracking, SOPs, and team operations. I created role-specific dashboards and delivered onboarding sessions and workspace documentation.
My project support experience also includes developing a simulated project charter and five-level WBS for OGPF-X, alongside an executive ClickUp dashboard. I’m CAPM-certified and have supported operations, administrative coordination, and remote client work.
