I coordinate client projects from initial requirements through planning, production, review, revisions, approval, and final delivery. I keep contributors aligned by assigning work, clarifying requirements, tracking progress, and managing handoffs.

In content operations, I manage concurrent deliverables, dependencies, approvals, client feedback, and deadline risks while maintaining organized project documentation. I serve as a central communication point between clients and contributors and review work for quality, consistency, completeness, and alignment with requirements.

I also coordinate operations teams, activities, and events through task allocation, logistics, communication, follow-up, and issue resolution. My project delivery knowledge spans Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid delivery, Kanban, scheduling, stakeholder management, risk tracking, and reporting.
