In my role as a Customer Service Representative at Iqor Colombia, I supported individuals applying to work through the company platform. I resolved inquiries with detailed information about the application process and logged call details and summaries in the internal CRM/work platform.

As an English-Spanish Interpreter / Tour Guide, I provided English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English interpretation for tourists.
