At Van Alstyne Independent School District, I coordinate language-support services, instructional pull-outs, student records, and progress monitoring across elementary campuses. I also support teachers with language-development resources and digital learning implementation.
I analyze student assessment information to identify support priorities and document instructional progress. As a Third Grade Math & Science Teacher at John and Nelda Partin Elementary, I planned standards-aligned instruction and used classroom data to adjust lessons and interventions.
At Western Governors University, I support teacher candidates through observation, coaching, actionable feedback, and professional reflection. My earlier classroom teaching included second and third grade, with collaboration among families, campus teams, and support personnel.
I’ve facilitated collaborative planning and designed professional learning activities for K–4 math vertical alignment. I’ve also created teacher-facing guides, family communication, student-support trackers, and instructional resources.
