At U-Shin, I increased paint-line output from 9,000 to 14,000 parts per day, led a 72-person paint department, and reduced material costs by 10% through supplier and inventory improvements. At NBHX, I managed two paint lines, developed PFMEAs, process parameters, robot trajectories, and work instructions, and supported projects from launch through SOP.
